Anhydrous Milk Fat

Anhydrous Milk Fat, or concentrated butter, is produced from pasteurized fresh cream or butter (100% cow's milk). Through a physical process, water and non-fat dry matter (milk protein, lactose, and minerals) are removed by centrifugation and heating. This results in a pure, high-quality butterfat ideal for various culinary and industrial applications.
